Treatment Connections is a Delaware specific public portal that enables those seeking mental health and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment for themselves or others to anonymously search for nearby providers, evaluate the type of care needed, and submit confidential online referral inquiries to appropriate treatment providers vetted by the state of Delaware.

Network of Care and HelpisHereDE.com are online resources created by the State of Delaware for individuals, families, and agencies concerned with behavioral health and substance use, in particular. It provides information about behavioral health services, laws, and related news, as well as communication tools and other features. Regardless of where you begin your search for assistance with behavioral health issues, the Network of Care helps you find what you need – it helps ensure that there is “No Wrong Door” for those who need services. This Web site can greatly assist in our efforts to protect our greatest human asset – our beautiful minds.  Another helpful resources for Delawareans looking for rehabilitation facilities can be found at Rehabs.com. The Alcohol Rehab Guide provides useful information about alcoholism and the recovery process.  Also, StartYourRecovery.org provides easily digestible, relatable information for people who are facing substance use issues — and their support networks. There is no one-size-fits-all solution to these challenges and, therefore, Start Your Recovery aims to help people at any stage of their recovery journey. Lastly, the ARK Behavioral Health’s Drug Abuse in College Student’s Page describes the special challenges that college students face and how they are addressed.

The Center for Drug and Health Studies focuses on the research and evaluation aspects of health, substance use, and the related consequences but we do not offer any sort of treatment services.  The Network of Care website provides a list of many different services, including both in patient and counseling treatment resources, prevention services, support groups, etc. throughout the State of Delaware.  Although CDHS is  not endorsing any particular treatment center, below are a few of the agencies that offer addiction recovery services, but please see the Network of Care for a more complete list.
